Follow these steps, we could have a great cooperation on dropshipping:

1.      Send pictures about the products you selling to us, let us know which products you want to sell, we’ll find them for you.

2.      We name the SKU for the item, and send you more details and pictures of the item if you need.

3.      Then you could start to sell it on your website or your store, and send us your orders to us via Excel file. (We’ll offer you a template of Excel, pls check the picture in the following)

4.      We start drop ship the item to your customers via Epacket. (Or other shipping way you want.)

We promise you here, we’ll take all responsibilities if there is problem with quality, quantity, missing package and broken goods. Here are the details of policy:

1. Quality Problem: If the goods you received have quality problem, please kindly send us the picture, shows us the unqualified part of the goods.
2. Quantity Problem: If you receive the quantity less than what you ordered, we’ll offer you solution after we confirmed the weight of package.
3. Broken Goods: If the goods arrived in broken status, please kindly send us the picture, shows us the broken part of the good
4. Missing package:  If you did not receive item or some items, please contact us, we’ll follow the tracking number and confirm the case with you.
